We are delighted to announce that Investors in People – the national authority on improving workplaces – has renewed our ‘We Invest in People’ accreditation, recognising our pledge to put our staff first.
While we can choose to apply for the accreditation, like every company we must meet strict criteria.
As well as asking our team to complete anonymous online questionnaires about what it’s really like working for Coolair, Investors in People conduct interviews with a sample of our staff to ensure Coolair meets the rigorous standards required to be recognised by the leading workplace culture organisation.

This investment also extends to those who are office based and we are thrilled to announce we have partnered with a new IT service provider, BCN Group, to provide essential IT services across out three offices.

Coolair show support for grassroots sports
Here at Coolair HQ, we are proud to support grassroots sports in our local communities. Which is why we thrilled to see our logo emblazoned across the front of Staffordshire-based Wolstanton United’s First Team kit.
The sponsorship was organised by Sales & Design Engineer Phil Dickinson, who first came across the team through one of his clients.
Phil, who is based at our Manchester office, said: “I was talking to one of my clients who mentioned his son’s football team was in need of sponsorship.
Coolair appointed for Gloucester office development
A new landmark office development in Gloucester has sought the aid of Coolair Equipment to bring the latest energy efficient heating and cooling technology.
Our Cannock office has secured the contract worth £300,000 to install an air conditioning system with heat recovery that will simultaneously heat and cool different areas of the building, forming the new apex of Gloucester Business Park at Brockworth.

New hire as Charlie Mustow joins Coolair Equipment
Coolair Equipment Ltd’s southern office is pleased to welcome new Junior Design and Projects Engineer Charlie Mustow into our ever-increasing ranks.
The 22-year-old from Parkwood in Kent, is joining our Maidstone-based install team.
Charlie’s role will involve attending potential new projects to assist in the preparation of tenders, communicating with engineers to make sure projects are progressing well and assist with any additional concerns.
