As one of the UK’s leading air conditioning and heat pump installers, Coolair Equipment Limited recognise the importance of working with our customers and supply chain to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment. Our commitment is to provide a service in a manner which ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and complies with all relevant environmental legislation.
In managing our environmental impact we consider both the direct impact of our business operations and the full lifecycle of the products we install – their design, use and disposal.
We have three key goals and objectives for reducing our environmental impact:
- Comply with all relevant environmental and other applicable legislation
- Minimise our impact on the environment
- Strive to continually improve our environmental performance
To achieve these goals we commit to:-
Considering environmental concerns and impacts as part of our decision making processes
Promoting environmental awareness among our employees and encouraging everyone to work in an environmentally responsible manner
Educating our employees about environmental issues that may effect their work
Reducing waste through re-use and recycling
Promoting efficient use of materials and resources throughout all our offices
Communicating our environmental commitment to all our business partners and encouraging them to support it
