“As divisional director, I oversee the Southern office’s entire operation, delivering over £6m of projects for the region.

“But it wasn’t always that way. I started out at Coolair as an installation engineer and since then I have worked my way up the business, first becoming a contracts engineer, then heading into sales and design before becoming office manager for our Southern office.

“This journey has allowed me to develop my knowledge across the board, from mechanical products and engineering to contract delivery and installation. More importantly, I know the importance of being a great motivator and a team player, which shapes every decision I make as director.

“I have a taste for adventure and away from my emails and to-do lists, I love mountain biking and Moto GP.”
