Coolair execute all projects in our usual well structured approach ensuring that preliminary items are attended well in advance of the project start to ensure a smooth induction and transmission into the installation phase.
Our office administration managed by the Project Manager will ensure procurement programs are established and labour, materials and equipment are delivered on time all the time.
Our Project manager will liaise closely with our customer’s project team and strive to develop a strong, affective and co-ordinated relationship with the team.
The design engineer will always be involved with the project to ensure, design changes and technical input is available throughout the program.
Our senior engineers are very experienced team players and fully trained in the installation of the equipment. They are very capable site supervisors / managers able to communicate effectively with all levels of on-site management and operatives.
The apprentices are all developing as engineers, attending college to achieve their necessary City and Guilds qualifications to become professional refrigeration engineers. They are all assets to our every growing skilled work force.
The Service engineers like all our senior engineers are fully trained and conversant with the latest equipment being developed by the manufacturers. We implement a smooth handover of completed systems from the installation teams to the Service team to which they execute the correct commissioning procedures in order to deliver fully operational systems to the client on time.
Our experience of large projects goes back over 30 years and they make up a large percentage of our annual turnover. Everyone form Senior directors to Trainee engineers are proud work in a team with some of the largest and most respected building services companies in this country, and deliver these projects on time every time.
